The Industrial Property Investment Fund is a UK Limited Partnership and was one of the first funds of its type launched in 1997. It invests principally in good quality, higher yielding, predominantly multi-let industrial estates in the UK. The Fund also maintains a rolling development and refurbishment programme.
IPIF provides investors with access to a highly diversified pool of industrial assets, across the UK with a focus on the South East of England.
The Fund is managed by the Real Assets division of Legal & General Investment Management, one of the largest institutional real estate fund managers in the UK, and is asset managed by a dedicated and experienced management team at JLL.
IPIF Trade comprises the 70 trade parks within the Industrial Property Investment Fund IPIF portfolio which covers a significant proportion of the UK. IPIF is growing its trade park exposure and looks forward to continuing its working relationships with both established and new occupiers within the sector.

Liz qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in the Industrial Property market dealing with acquisitions and disposals for both private and institutional clients, with the last 17 years as a Director and Head of the Leasing Team for IPIF. Liz is responsible for managing the strategic marketing and lease negotiations of all current voids within IPIF across the UK with a focus on the Midlands, The North & Scotland.

Aaron is a Director within the IPIF Leasing team and Manages IPIF Trade. With over 17 years experience within the Industrial Property market Aaron Manages the marketing and letting of all IPIF Trade assets across the UK, including the strategic marketing, lease negotiations and tenant relations.

Lewis is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 14 year’s experience working in the Property sector, with the last 8 years spent working within the Industrial Property market. As an Associate Leasing Manager, Lewis is responsible for the Marketing and Leasing of all IPIF’s vacant properties within the South Region, whilst also overseeing the London Leasing team.
